Why this wine matters

How it is made
The 2025 fruit came from prime Southern Valleys and Wairau Plains sites, was largely harvested in cool night conditions, lightly pressed and primarily fermented in stainless steel. Vineyard lots remained on lees before blending.
What does it taste like?
White blossom, yellow peach, crunchy pear and lime lead into honeydew melon and white nectarine, with crushed-shell and chalk-like savoury notes and a mouth-watering citrus finish.
Serve it well
Serve around 8–10°C. Slightly warmer than fridge-cold helps the texture and savoury notes show.
