How it is made

What does it taste like?
Fresh apple and pear meet herbs, citrus and a salty volcanic-mineral finish, with a subtle bitter-almond edge.
Serve it well
Serve around 8–10°C.

Does any of this sound suspiciously familiar?

In short: grounded, observant and inclined to prefer substance over polish for its own sake. listán blanco energy, translated into a person.
Purely for fun — this is the wine’s fictional personality, not a psychological reading of yours.
