Made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez solera sherries are macerated with wormwood clove orange peel nutmeg angelica and quinine to produce a unique wine with all the flavours and aromas of a classic Vermouth paired with delicious sherry undertones.
