At 43% Alc., it's a straightforward, juniper-led London Dry rather than a heavily flavoured modern gin.. On the nose, expect clean juniper with a citrus lift; on the palate, coriander brings a light spiced warmth alongside the citrus peel, finishing dry and crisp. It's a gin built for a classic gin and tonic rather than an elaborate serve.. Fanny's Distillery began life as Fanny's Ale House, a real ale pub founder Marcus Lund opened in a former pet shop on Saltaire's Fanny Street in 1996, twenty years before he bought the distillery that now shares the pub's name..
