English Spirit Distillery Caramel Rum Liqueur is small batch English rum, blended with old fashioned caramelised sugars.. Using copper pot stills, this liqueur is made from scratch with pure, treacly molasses. Gorgeous notes of sticky toffee pudding, with a hint of Christmas cake and a silky smooth mouthfeel.. Sip neat, in or alongside your favourite dessert; or add a dash to your espresso or flat white for a taste sensation!. The molasses base gives deep notes of raisin and cracked caramel, with an extra flavour dimension from the oak, enveloped in layers of rich caramel.. All the rums in the English Spirit collection only use pure sugar cane molasses as a base for the spirit; no sugar cane juice or syrup here; to give the rum a signature richness and complexity. The molasses is fermented for at least two weeks and then distilled twice, in small batches, in copper alembic stills. The rum is co-distilled with oak, and blended with natural caramels and sugars, before being bottled.. The
