Doppergänger Aperitivo is an Italian style bitter citrus liqueur made in Battersea and is England's answer to Aperol. It makes an incredible Spritz or also works as the bitter in a Negroni, especially when paired with Doghouse's Renegade Gin.. On the nose, you’ll find bright citrus and hints of aromatic roots. Its bittersweet flavour is led by citrus and rosella (hibiscus) with earthy, herbaceous undertones and the finish is irresistibly moreish. And as the fantasy art label suggests - your playful side just might make an appearance after a few sips, so you may as well “Unleash your Doppelgänger”!. Made in Battersea - local and sustainable. 19 hand-selected botanicals: citrus, rosella, herbs, roots. A versatile addition to many cocktails including a Spritz or Negroni. Brit Spritz. In a large wine glass, add.... 1 Strawberry, cut into quarters. Fill with ice. 15ml Elderflower Cordial (so it coats the ice and spreads throughout). 50ml Doppelgänger Aperitivo. 75ml Sparkling Wine/Prosecco
