Bimber Fire is from a single cask which has been selected to demonstrate the active but harmonious interaction between Bimber’s fruit-forward, textured spirit with heavily charred American oak virgin casks.. Cask Ref. 332 - Drawn from a single virgin cask. One of 242 bottles.. This is one of only 242 bottles released.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
