Matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon and American Virgin Oak casks that lend rich aromas of vanilla and toffee to the liquid. Great for sipping or mixing into longer serves – the perfect all-rounder.. Silver Medal at The World Whiskies Awards 2025. Bronze Medal IWSC 2025.. TASTING NOTES. Colour: Deep gold. Nose: Toffee, poached pears, candied citrus fruits, fig and sultanas, balanced by sweet vanilla. Palate: Rich and full bodied, dried fruit and cinnamon, dark chocolate and espresso. Finish: A long, dried fruit finish with subtle spice
